Q: Do you ship to the UK/EU?

A: Yes, but please contact me by email to arrange shipping: devilishdevices@gmail.com

 

Q: What shipping carriers do you use?

A: I ship via USPS. We live in a very rural area and don't have access to other carriers without driving for hours. That said, I am willing to make exceptions under special circumstances. 

 

Q: Is your packaging discreet?

A: Yes! Our packaging is completely discreet. Your package will arrive in a plain cardboard box or poly mailer without any visible branding.

 

Q: Can I wear my leather in the shower?

A: No! The fact is that leather can never truly be made waterproof. Leather is a very porous material. It can be made to resist some degree of water/moisture, but saturating any leather item will warp, discolor, and degrade it. If your leather item gets a little wet, simply pat it dry with a clean dry cloth.

 

Q: I just got my leather item... why does it feel stiff? Should I condition it?

A: Your leather item is made from full-grain tooling leather. Despite how it may feel, it has been both oiled and conditioned, but the leather has not been broken in yet. With use, your leather item will naturally become softer and more pliable.
